Wiki Unlock Timeline

The stages below are Plague Doctor wiki skill-tree labels, not a recommended Season 10 leveling route and not a recorded 1–100 allocation.

  1. WIKI STRUCTURE

    Sanguine Physician and Plague Caller

Unlocks on the Plague Doctor wiki. This is class and skill structure, not a recorded Season 10 1–100 leveling route.

Plague Doctor in Season 10

Plague Doctor is available in Season 10: Ebontharn, which launched on August 21, 2026. The official Season 10 announcement lists Marauder, Plague Doctor, Shield Lancer, and Jötunn as newly added to the base game. Players who already owned the DLC receive a premium skin.

Season 10 notes also mention a Plague of Rats shadow-opacity fix. That confirms the skill name in the Season 10 notes. This page does not treat that note as a leveling recommendation.

The Plague Doctor wiki lists All Weapons. MetaRoad has a Season 10 Plague Doctor community build; the Plague Doctor + Leveling filter returned no builds. This page therefore does not publish a community 1–100 point tree.

Community Context

Approved Season 10 community sources checked for this page do not currently establish a named Plague Doctor leveling skill. This page therefore does not present Plague of Rats, Crematus, Surgical Blood Letting, or any other Plague Doctor skill as the recorded Season 10 leveling build.

DarkPirate's Season 10 class list names Crematus and Surgical Blood Letting. HeroSiegeHub does not treat those notes as a ranking, and it does not copy placements onto this page. GrindnStrat and tposegaming are one source cluster; only GrindnStrat is listed.

The GrindnStrat Season 10 notes do not currently name a Plague Doctor leveling skill. Those notes list Crematus Necromancer among builds to avoid. That is a Necromancer note, not a Plague Doctor leveling tree, and this page does not merge the two.

Wiki Unlock Levels

Skill names, unlock levels, and prerequisites below come from the Plague Doctor wiki. Tree names in parentheses are wiki structure labels, not a recommended Season 10 leveling route and not a recorded 1–100 allocation. That page is not a Season 10 patch confirmation. Both wiki trees are listed so the structure is visible. This page does not choose one of them as a leveling build.

MetaRoad has a Season 10 Plague Doctor community build; the Plague Doctor + Leveling filter returned no builds. GrindnStrat and tposegaming are one source cluster; only GrindnStrat is listed.
